Missing in Action

So last time I was really actively blogging was JULY. Yes thats right. I left you all stranded, with no warning, BY YOURSELF, for 5 months!
So where have I been?
Don't even know where to begin.
I got promoted at my job which is turn has taken me from working like 30 hours a week to working about 44.
Watching/caring for James has become increasingly more difficult as I think he has hit his "terrible twos" six months early. I went from having this sweet baby to having this defiant, tough, always saying "NO!" boy. LOL. needless to say I can devote about a weeks worth of posts about dealing with James and how we are using our attachment parenting lifestyle in "disciplining" our child.
Oh and in the midst of all that we are M O V I N G!!! Yes we are finally getting out of our small apartment. We are moving into a house!! Literally doubling the square feet, gaining 3 extra rooms, getting our own backyard and so much more!! We move in January 1 so it will be a while before you get to see the pics of our awesome new house!
Okay so basically I've just been busy. But now please accept my apology as I am trying to dedicate more time to you lovely people and more effort.
So I leave the rest of this post with just a bunch of pictures that I would have shared with you originally had I been blogging.
So hey here it goes(i THINK these are in order from oldest to newest):

Oh, hi!

Where have I been?
That's a question that I wish had an easy answer. Where have I been? I've been living my life instead of just blogging about it. Instead of making a post after every exciting new thing I saw, or experienced, I lived it. I have it as a memory and I actually experienced. I was in the moment I was in and that was it. Did I miss blogging? Of course. Will I try to blog more? Yes. I miss the connections with my online community. I miss having people actually like what I write. I miss people looking forward to a new post.
I plan on trying to queue up a few posts for everyone, so I don't get so behind. I hate the feeling of being so behind on my blog that there really just isn't a point to catch up.
So what have I been doing?
I recently opened an etsy shop, that you can find here
I've been taking a TON of pictures, I'll post a few for you someday.
SO MANY HOLIDAYS
Spending time with James and my family
I hope you all missed me just as much as I missed you.
Until a not so long next time,
Patricia

What I'll Miss

Often times I'll just look at my son and realize that he won't ever be like this again. Exactly how he is in this second will never happen again. Each day he is changing and growing and it's a sad thing for a mother to realize. I know that soon he will be too big to take a nap on my chest, or sit in his swing. Soon his tooth will be grown and he will say his first word. Soon he will finally roll from back to front and front to back. Someday in the near future he will crawl for the first time or eat off a spoon. Soon he will take his first step and fall for the first time. I know that soon he won't be making the cute faces he makes or the cute sounds. He won't want to suck on his, and everyone else's, hands. His favorite food will no longer be formula. His little feet won't be so little anymore. Every time he sees me he won't light up with glee. His favorite toy will no longer be the Oball. It makes me sad to think about my son changing, and growing. Even while I'm writing this and he is laying next to me asleep I know I will never get this moment back. It's a funny thing about time, it will always continue to move forward and you can never get it back.
