James Has a Playroom Now!

Yes you read that correctly. James officially has a playroom. How did this happen? WE MOVED! Dennis and I moved into a bigger house, literally doubled the living space of where we lived previously!
It's amazing!
Because of this we added several extra rooms, one of the ones I was most happy adding was our new playroom!

Obviously we just moved in and haven't decorated that space yet. My ideas are going crazy! I have a whole pinterest board dedicated to this(you can check it out by clicking here). I plan on using the primary colors as the color scheme. I can't wait to decorate this amazing space and have a place James loves to play!

I have a really awesome blog post coming by the end of the week. It's all about the up and coming Valentine's Day!
For now you can follow me in these places:

Missing in Action

So last time I was really actively blogging was JULY. Yes thats right. I left you all stranded, with no warning, BY YOURSELF, for 5 months!
So where have I been?
Don't even know where to begin.
I got promoted at my job which is turn has taken me from working like 30 hours a week to working about 44.
Watching/caring for James has become increasingly more difficult as I think he has hit his "terrible twos" six months early. I went from having this sweet baby to having this defiant, tough, always saying "NO!" boy. LOL. needless to say I can devote about a weeks worth of posts about dealing with James and how we are using our attachment parenting lifestyle in "disciplining" our child.
Oh and in the midst of all that we are M O V I N G!!! Yes we are finally getting out of our small apartment. We are moving into a house!! Literally doubling the square feet, gaining 3 extra rooms, getting our own backyard and so much more!! We move in January 1 so it will be a while before you get to see the pics of our awesome new house!
Okay so basically I've just been busy. But now please accept my apology as I am trying to dedicate more time to you lovely people and more effort.
So I leave the rest of this post with just a bunch of pictures that I would have shared with you originally had I been blogging.
So hey here it goes(i THINK these are in order from oldest to newest):

Christmas Number Two

This Christmas will be James second Christmas. Of course last year he was only six months old so I've kind of been counting this as his first "real" Christmas. He kinda gets it he kinda doesn't. He loves that we have a "tree" in our house. He loves reading books about "anta" and going "ho, ho, ho". But does he really get it?
No lol.
I'm sure Christmas morning he will still be more interested in the wrapping paper and boxes rather than the presents themselves.
He had no idea why I had him drop his letter to "anta" in a mailbox.
He has no idea why we have a stuffed animal elf that moves every night.
And I'm sure he won't understand why we leave a plate of cookies out for "anta" on Christmas Eve.
However I do know one day he will get it. One day he will understand the magic of Christmas and he may even want to look at pictures of him doing it when he was younger. For that reason(and many many others) is why I try to let James experience Christmas to the fullest.

Nuby Click-It Cup Review

The Clik-it™  range of Nûby cups feature the NEW Clik Lock system. Mom hears the 'Click' and knows it's locked!  The range features Nûby's Touch Flo technology which activates as soon you a child applies pressure to the silicone spout spout or straw.  All cups in the range have a No-Spill built in valve that makes it easy for mom to put the cup back together. The Clik-it™  range is endorsed by Pediatric Dentist Doctor Grace Yum.

One of my favorite parts about this new cup is the fact that it clicks. I mean we've all been there, struggling to put a top to a cup on only to realize it all just spilled on your child because the lid wasn't on correctly. With this cup you know exactly when you have the lid on and when you don't. The cup is dishwasher safe which is an awesome feature as well.

 No- Spill Clik-it™ FlexStraw™

• 10 oz/300ml
• No Spill soft silicone straw that runs down the base of the cup encouraging your child to hold the cup upright.
• Leak Proof Technology that you can see and hear
• Hear the "Clik"… Know it's locked!
• BPA FREE
• Screw ring/ lid is interchange able with the No- Spill Clik-it™ Easy Grip

No- Spill Clik-it™ Easy Grip™

• 10 oz/300ml
• NEW one piece No- Spill soft silicone spout
• Easy grip base, perfect for little elands.
• Leak Proof Technology that you can see and hear
• Hear the "Clik"… Know it's locked!
• BPA FREE
• Screw ring/ lid is interchange able with the No- Spill Clik-it™ FlexStraw™

There is even a "lock" symbol on the cup which lets you know exactly how far you have to turn the lid in order to get it to click!

All in all I love these cups and can't wait until they are available in Target so I can snatch up some more! It's a must-have in my opinion. Be on the lookout in your local target for the Nuby Click-It Cup. It wil be available in stores this month!

Zaycon Foods-The new way to eat!

How does Zaycon Foods manage to provide such high quality super fresh meat and produce to its customers at such low prices? The answer is strength in numbers. And not our numbers, yours!

Zaycon Foods can sell its products at bulk rate prices to individual consumers and families because our unique sales event business model brings lots of people together, adding all their purchasing power into a combined bulk food purchase. And when you buy as part of a group that’s committing to such a large purchase, the power is in the hands of the purchaser! It’s the ultimate group buy in terms of both price and consumer empowerment.

You can pre-select exactly what you want to order from a given Zaycon sales event – sometimes you may want to stock up on our amazing meaty back ribs and sometimes it might be all about the Zaycon bacon – and then, on the day of the sales event, you and a whole big bunch of your neighbors will find yourselves in a nearby parking lot watching as an entire tractor trailer’s worth of high quality natural food is unloaded into all of your cars! You will be amazed at how quickly one of our refrigerated trucks goes from being filled with natural, fresh chicken or hundreds of gallons of grade A non-homogenized milk to being empty and back on its way to the farm!

A Zaycon Foods truck sales event often lasts less time than you would spend on a trip to the grocery store, yet you will leave with a whole lot more food than you’d get at the market, and for much better prices, too!

When you use the Zaycon Foods sales event as your preferred place to purchase meats, milk, and any of our other fine products, you get advantages even beyond the bulk pricing that comes with our special sales model. You also have the peace of mind of knowing exactly what you’re going to get! A trip to the grocery store can involve wasted time wandering around looking for various foods spread out across the store; at a Zaycon Foods parking lot meat truck delivery (or milk or berries or fish delivery, too!) you have pre-ordered your foods, so all you have to do is show up and wait for our friendly staffers and volunteers to load up your car.

Also, unlike in the grocery store, the prices you will pay for a Zaycon Foods product are locked in on our website, so you will know how much you are going to spend before you have committed to a purchase.

At a supermarket, you might pay one price for chicken on one day, and then a higher price on another day. With Zaycon, you decide that you want to order a case of our fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts, you check the price and then you commit to it, knowing that from that moment on, we are committed to getting you your fresh, natural food!

Nuby Mommy Bloggers: Wacky Ware Bowl Review!

"Nûby™ Wacky Ware™ has been designed to put the fun back into feeding and help with the transition to independent feeding. The microwave safe Wacky Ware™ Bowl is colorful  fun and functional to use and has a lid that seals tightly to prevent spills and store food. The easy to hold handles are designed with a soft-grip material that is perfectly shaped and comfortable for little hands to grip, helping them transition from weaning to independent feeding."

I can't even describe how much I love this bowl. This is my go-to bowl for James snacks because of the lid. The lid fits so perfectly that I know all its contents won't spill all over the diaper bag. What's great about this bowl is that it is also microwave safe. Oh and the lid seals so tightly that it is safe for food storing too!

I love this bowl also because of how sturdy it is. You can tell it was made with the idea that it would be thrown around a lot. James has dropped this so many times and ours still looks brand new!!
